Judicial Review (JR) is the process by which judges examine the decisions of public bodies and consider whether the law has been correctly applied.Most JR in Asylum and Immigration cases in England and Wales are lodged and heard in the Upper Tribunal (UT). In the past, the JR used to be heard in the High Court.
